E15 is a four-storey wood frame building on a concrete podium in Vancouver, delivering 49 homes ranging from streetside studios to courtyard townhomes with one to three bedrooms. The development is anchored by an exceptional communal courtyard — hammocks, outdoor BBQ and dining, lawn games, a gas fire pit, a yoga and meditation lawn, an outdoor movie space, a community garden, and a bike repair station. Completed in 2023, the 41,319 sq ft project demonstrates that thoughtful design and a strong sense of community can be achieved at any scale, reflecting Urban One's ability to deliver wood frame residential projects that prioritize liveability and neighbourhood connection from the ground up.
