Gabbatha has spent two decades installing flooring and tile on some of the most demanding hospitality, residential and retail sites in British Columbia — Trump International Hotel & Tower, the Sheraton Wall Centre, Aava Hotel Whistler, Hillside Shopping Centre, the Vancouver Masonic Centre, Mott 32 and ongoing custom homes at University Heights, Squamish.
That work has taught us one thing clearly: on serious projects, the floor is the trade that absorbs every other trade's variance. Cutting price on it is the most expensive decision a builder can make.

We aren't the cheapest quote in the room and we don't pretend to be. We're the contractor builders bring in when the floor has to be right the first time — and stay right for the life of the building.

Our project managers and leads are physically on site, not running the job from a truck across town. Decisions get made in front of the work, with the people doing it.

Substrate surprises, schedule compression, material that arrives wrong, details no one drew — every large site has them. Two decades of complex hospitality, tower and retail work means we've seen the failure modes before, and we know how to fix them without stopping the job.
